I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience across every aspect. Right from check-in, the service was unprofessional and inattentive. The room was not properly cleaned — basic hygiene standards were not maintained, and the amenities were far below expectations.
The staff was unresponsive to repeated requests for assistance, and their attitude lacked the courtesy one would expect from a hospitality establishment. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the property was poor, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Given the experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay in Varanasi. There are far better options available that value customer satisfaction and uphold basic standards of service and cleanliness.
