Room wa clean and all the amenities were in good condition. Service was also good. Room was spacious.

the only good thing about the hotel was the room was spacious. We reached at 10:15 pm and the room given was full of cigrette smell witch was terrible. after multiple reminders they sprayed a room freshener which itself was bad. there were no room slippers, the telephone was not working, no dental kit. everything needed an hr to deliver to room. the room key itself was non-functional. I have visited ginger at nagpur and trivandrum, and hence selected this. but will never wish to select this again.

I recently had a three day stay at GINGER AURANGABAD, I genuinely loved their services and the hospitality they provide is just super amazing. I enjoyed and loved the stay , there was a manager named Sumit Chauhan, he is a gentleman, the soft spoken and most friendly human being. He was there to solve the smallest issues he was genuinely caring and helping in nature,he made our stay super comfortable.Because of him we haven't faced any problem staying in a new city. I personally recommend this hotel for the stay in Aurangabad. Next time whenever we visit there, for sure we will bein GINGER just because of SUMIT CHAUHAN. Thank you

It was very Bad in terms of service, whenever I entered the room there were no towels so I called the reception multiple times and requested to provide the towels but no one responded properly. this is the second time I observed the same. I had the same experience previously too.

Good experience and well behaviour by staff

Bad property and uncourteous staff. I was staying at the property for 2 nights, first they gave me a room with a non-functional phone and extremely dirty bathroom. After much reluctance they changed the room. For 2 whole days they could not figure their Wi-Fi leaving me on mobile network. The new room they issued was in bad shape too. For the price I paid their service was really disappointing. Every time I called for room service the standard response was due to breakfast rush or dinner preparations the order will take 20-25 mins and I was ordering a simple tea.

Food menu is not sufficient.

hotel is located near the railway station. Breakfast , food and room service is good. only drawback is that internet connection is not consistent.

It was a good experience at Ginger Aurangabad, a clean room, Good service, but drinking bottles are very less and small too. And also they are not stored in the fridge some bottles while in other ginger outlets they stored

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the basic facilities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. The food served at the hotel restaurant was delicious and fresh. Housekeeping service was timely, and check-in/check-out was smooth. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The wifi was not working properly. They are charging extra for better wifi. Service was very poor. I called for 1 hour or so to the reception and restaurant no one picked up. Then they said may be the telephone is not working properly (though I could hear the outgoing ringtone). It happed twice or thrice. I requested an iron and they gave defected piece. I had to request again in the night for another iron. Washroom exhaust was not working. they said it was centralized , still it wasn't working. Water kettle was also not working properly and washroom looked old. All the port in the electric board was not working. Food and coffee was good though.

Had an unpleasant experience due to noise from neighbouring rooms and unclean room. Poorly maintained hotel premises. Did not expect this from Ginger.
