Terrible Stay

Despite requesting and having it confirmed in my booking, the complimentary check-in was not honoured. No shower cap was provided even after multiple follow-ups. The shower itself wasn’t working, and the bathroom drainage was completely clogged, flooding the area during use. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Ginger — a first of its kind for me.

1. Location was as per my requirement. In general location is good 2. There was a small wait before I got my room, statement from the desk was that they are checking up. But the wait was brief. 3. I checked in with my wife, but there was only one bathroom towel in the room. I called up and then an additional towel was provided to me. 4. The bathroom latch was in poor condition ( room number 308), not expected for the ginger brand/ the charges paid 5. There was good amount of seepage on the wall with the paint peeling away and with a bad look ( room 308), once again not expected of brand ginger. 6. Construction activities seemed in progress in the corridor of floor 3. 7. The outside environs ( front side) of the hotel looked pretty

Peaceful Stay with Excellent Service

My stay at the property was comfortable and pleasant. The location was very convenient and easy to find, with nearby transport and attractions. The room was neat, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.
