issue with washroom no proper maintenance always water is flowing even turn off the tap and also when we come in room with washroom wet is not going hence room surrounded will become wet

Hotel was decent but the staff was not much active what One expects in a hospitality industry. During Breakfast they were not paying attention to the orders. FOR EXAMPLE We have ordered Masala dosa, she and he given request to the person preparing it. It was prepared and informed to them but they continued their other work and my food was like cold. So next day myself given orders and myself taking dosa from maker instead of Waiting for them to serve me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. Will never visit and never recommend someone.

It was really a neat and pleasant stay, room was very clean and comfortable, room service was also good but intercom was not working in the room that was a little drawback other than that everything was fine.

Everything was very nice,the room the location, and room service, Housekeeping There should be fans also in the rooms, with ac Except they charged me 1000 extra for early checking 3 hrs before their usual checking time They should understand that if the train arrives early then their checking time,then they should not charge that much,they should reduce their checking time,it should not be 2 pm,it should be 10 am
