It was a good stay. The dinner was very nice and staff were courtease.

This is one of the worst Clarks inn hotel. Bad rooms, location is worst and food is also not good. Whole furniture in the room looks very old.

Property was good and room was spacious but maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene was lacking. No fridge and proper amenities were lacking

The worst hotel..I checked in and found our that the Flush wasn't working.. and then the room as full of dust. unclean..I immediately checked out of the room and told the in duty manager who was like..it's fine. I will change your room..as if nothing as wrong.I was there for not more than 5 mins

Towels, soaps, hot water not provided. Room service not done properly for next day stay Breakfast menu is very minimum and repeated for the next day

Stay was excellent.... Good location.... Rooms are clean....toilets are clean.....sufficent space....parking available......near by market ....staffs is cooperative. All good

The hotel stay was comfortable and I got very ample space in the room. The rooms were clean and maintained. The breakfast was also good.

1. The room had a perfect view of 'jhuggi-jhopri". We asked for another room but were told that all rooms had a similar view... 2. The hotel had very limited choice of food. Even of the limited listed menu most of the things were not available. The prep was OK. Quantity was on the lower side. 3. The attitude of the restaurant manager was pathetic and rude. 4. Cleanliness was missing. The shelves, almirah and utensils were dirty. 5. There were a lot of mosquitoes and bed bugs. 6. And a lot of noise of dragging and banging furniture at night. Really disappointed.

No sevice at time. Every-time to ask. Can't take another friend to come and visit thay want extra for that

Wonderful place for stay in kanpur. Very humble and curtious staff. Breakfast was very good. Overall it was a wonderful experience

Smelly rooms smelly washroom not maintained no service

Smelly Washroom, Room, Laundry, Construction is ok but Maintenance is poor, I have very bad experience

Washroom was smelling linen not good room very dimly lighted very poor breakfast very limited things available from menu at restaurant

Very nice and clean. Staff is very nice and polite. Had a great stay there will recommend to friends also.

Service was good. Few rooms were little stinky. Auks the management to change the room. Otherwise location was good!

Not at all good place to stay now. Rusty things in the room, unwashed bed sheet and pillow covers. No proper toiletries. No proper service. Breakfast is just for namesake.

Everything was too satisfactory specially the complimentary breakfast.
