I stayed there for 3nights an d experience is really awesome!! Hotel is jst 2mins away from mall road an d most amazing thing is it’s breathtaking view from the balcony!! I stayed in 3rd floor wid having an amazing view frm room!! Service is very nice!! Only prb is der ia no lift so fr aged people dey can face a lil bit prb of climbing upstairs bt oder then dt it’s amazing experience staying der

The staff was not cordial at all. Instead of talking to the customer politely they were talking very rudely. The food was also not that good. Cleaning was also not done properly.

The location was perfect. Close to the centre, yet quiet. staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the essentials. The views from the window of the snow capped mountains were grand!

We booked this hotel mainly because it’s close to Mall Road. While the location is central, the area is very crowded and noisy. It was very hard to bring our car near the hotel, and the sound of traffic and car horns went on all day. It wasn’t a peaceful place to relax. After a 12-hour journey, my wife and I checked in and were very disappointed with the room. The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and had hair on them. We told housekeeping, and they gave us a slightly cleaner set, but it still wasn’t good. When we asked for another change, they said no at first. Only after we called the front desk did they bring fresh sheets. The curtains were also dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. We didn’t feel comfortable touching anything in the room and didn’t even want to sit down at first. The room was supposed to have a “private balcony,” but it wasn’t private at all. There were thin wooden dividers with gaps, so we could see and hear the people next door. It was disappointing and not as advertised. The owner was polite and gave us a partial refund, but we still had to find another hotel after a long journey. Not a good experience overall—wouldn’t recommend for couples or families.

Out stay at the Himalayan Rose was really pleasant. The staff is very well behaved. The food could be better but we only had breakfast so my review is based on only two food items. Our check-out time was 11 AM but our bus was at 9PM on the same day. They let us keep our luggage in the restaurant area safely. We also got to watch the IND vs PAK match on 23rd Feb while sitting at the reception as well. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the mall road and market. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in a budget.

hotel ambient was near and clean all staff are helpful prime location near mall road . food quality is also good and rates are reasonable.

Property is good. Very close (walking distance) to mall road and van vihar. Services are also good. Food i didn't try so cannot comment on that. Staff is also good and polite.

Location was excellent 2 mins walk to mall road. View was excellent but drawback was room says deluxe ac room but there was no ac although it was not required but also didnt had electric kettle. But over all it was a great stay both for couple and friends.
