This was a Family vacation during Diwali holidays. We had a very good stay at Hirkani Garden Resort. Room with balcony has good view of the Valley. The rooms are vey clean and the resort is very well maintained. There is a garden with swings, etc for children. The breakfast has good variety of options. For Lunch/ dinner their restuarant serves tasty food with good quality and quantity. The service is good and the staff courteous.

Terrible Stay

The stay at Hotel was very terrible. I was late in check in and there was a snek in room which they want to allot me but other tourist inform us that there was a snek in the room so I denied to stay there and ask them to allot another room. The pictures shown in the app is different then the real. Their service was not good. The facilities are not good as the price i paid. I am fully dissatisfied with my experience to hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to stay. It's better to go there and booked after seeing the rooms...I request you for the refund.

Nice location, good staff, prompt service, tasty breakfast. Frequent power cuts due to which air-conditioning affected. With generator back up issue can be resolved. Overall good property.
