All amenities and service is very good, all service staff is punctual and vell behaved, fast room service, very neet and clean

There was no Hot AC and no hairdryer in such a cold place like manali, tap was also not working well and pouring only cold water, lift was not working staff said to use stairs. My wife and my children's hair were terribly wet after bath and no hairdryer at room due to that they caught cold, cough and fever.....early checkout was forced at 10 am but the checkout time 11 am.

good location and the balcony view was amazing .. dinner was also very good breakfast was ok got various options but not that great .. room was spacious, clean and also the toilet had 24*7 hot water available.. all together enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel for families because the staffs was very professional.. it's located little outskirts from the mall road so u will need to use your own vehicle or taxi

We had the most memorable and comfortable stay at this prime property which is blessed with the wildest view of snow clad Himalayan mountain peaks and soothing blend of great food and excellent behaviour of the Hotel staff. Door bell is not working, we are staying 3Nights but can’t change bed shit and can’t fill tea coffee material, room mattress was very dirty, provide only 2 pillow, commod flush was not working properly, gym was too small no space to move gymnastic ball,Food is like a road side dhaba, South Indian food and yellow dal tadka was delicious Restaurent staff was good and polite rest was all right

Good location, Good cleanliness, spacious rooms, reasonable luxury. Food is good, separete vegetarian preparation. Daily changed menu of breakfast though with limited veriety. Food quality good, food prices also reasonable. Approach to the hotel and also parking quite good. Overall we had quite good and comfortable stay for 4 nights continously. Location is 2.5 km far from main road and roads are narrow and difficult to drive in this area, food quality average, staff are good, service is very poor, getting morning tea before 8:00 am not possible, mattress are extremely bad situation, washroom and toilets are not clean properly and hot water availability is limited

They need to improve their breakfast and their dinner quality. It was lower than my expectations. Location was far from mall road. No AC AND CEILING FAN AVAILABLE, which is must required during summer season.

This was our second stay at this property and it's as charming as I remember. Beautiful room, gorgeous uninterrupted view of the mountains, awesome service, and fabulous food. We had a perfect stay and will recommend this to anyone planning to visit Manali.
