Hotel Alpana @ Har ki Pauri Road

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, conveniently situated near the HAR KI PAURI and within walking distance of all the major attractions. This made exploring the area incredibly easy.We had good experience at ALPANA hotel.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay

Stay was good and everyone is helpful. My suggestion- please do not rely on Online photos. Online pictures are very old, probably when the hotel was very newly constructed. The present day furniture/lighting /furnishings/flooring needs updating, complete makeover.

There r no parking space and the r sarve break fast luckn and dinner

Although renovation of 3-4th floor going on Hotel Manager Tiwariji extended good service. Food excellent location middle of market

The stay was average. We booked a room for 3. The extra mattress was just a big piece of thermocol, you can't sleep on it. TV was not working. Food was expensive as compared to the quantity they were providing.

The hotel is perfectly located...but as it's near ghat area..it's very crowded and the lanes are narrow... perfect for those who loves to shop in local market . Rooms are cosy..but damp. Staff behaviour is good..and the food quality is average.

Walls of room and washrooms are not in good condition, there is dampness due to which room was having damp smell. The property is older than it looks in pictures. only good part is it is near to Ghats.

The location is accessible to ghats & the bazar. Many options for shopping & eating around. The staff and manager were courteous to help me reach airport on time. Vehicle don’t have access till the hotel. Have to walk 200 meters to get access to cars or taxi.

best hotel with friendly staff & mr tiwari in front desk is very humble rooms are clean & good in size ! best for families & friends groups main attraction is the location it's best center of the har ki Pauri...just 300-400 meters away from har ki Pauri

Pros: 1) Ideally located in the middle of Ram Ghat market. 2) The food tasted good. Cons: 1) Rickshaws can’t access the property directly—be prepared to carry your luggage for around 800 meters. 2) The second-floor corridor was wet due to a leaking roof, likely tied to ongoing construction for an additional floor. 3) No complimentary bottled water—available only on request at extra cost. 4) Toiletries are not provided - guests must bring their own essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kits. 5) No electric kettle or in-room tea/coffee kits, you are reliant on the kitchen or outside vendors basis their availability. 6) No working Wi-Fi—despite multiple requests, it remained nonfunctional throughout most of the stay. 7) Housekeeping concerns—soiled bed linen and pillowcases were replaced only after repeated follow-ups. 8) Standard rooms have damp walls with peeling paint. 9) Bathrooms, though well built, were lacking in cleanliness. 10) There was a MICE aka rodent (Permanent Resident) in one of the wardrobes, who was very Co-operative through our stay. Would only make her presence felt once all people were comfortable seated on the bed. 11) Staff are polite but appear motivated by tips to provide better service. Overall: A potentially good property let down by lackluster management and inconsistent maintenance.

Bath rooms and rooms smelling badlywash room fittings leaking or wash basins cracked.zExperinced lot of disturbance due to construction work on 3rd floor.Over all maintenance std poor.

very poor service no facilities for customer. cleaning is very poor in toilet and rooms there is no paste and toothbrush soap travels in room also room is fresh.

Entire hotel staff is terrible including the Owner ! Food and Tea coffee is terrible too !! No front desk ...try to avoid
