Property (City Center Stay) I recently stayed at this hotel located right in the center of the city, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is one of the major highlights, as it offers easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Additionally, the hotel provides a dedicated car parking facility, which is very convenient for travelers driving their own vehicles — something not all city-center hotels offer. The food and service quality were impressive for a hotel in this category. The meals were fresh, well-prepared, and served promptly. The restaurant staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that guests had a good dining experience. The room service was also satisfactory, and the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness throughout my stay. However, there are a few areas where the hotel can improve to make the stay even better. Firstly, it would be helpful to include a kettle in each room, as it’s convenient for guests to make tea or coffee at their own comfort. Secondly, having a dedicated helper or porter to assist with luggage during check-in and check-out would add to the guest experience, especially for families or those carrying multiple bags. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option for travelers looking for a centrally located hotel with decent amenities, good food, and secure parking. With a few small improvements, this property can easily provide a more comfortable and satisfying stay for future guests.

The room provided was pretty small.. I was expecting a better room hence selected Ashok Residency..

Excellent. The hotel is simply super and breakfast & dinner also good. This hotel is available in the prime location of chennai.

There were cockroaches in the room...AC was not working, insects in the bathroom and they did not even have a basic dental kit and ironbox.

I have been staying regularly at this hotel last few times service has been very pathetic worst receptionist she dont know how to behave with customers. There is no night lamp in the room i had called reception she send electrician he didn't fix the issue. This hotel bother money not for the servie

The stay was good, but no parking facility, also the hotel food gets over very soon so it’s difficult go get food after 9pm. The hospitality was good, service people were kind and good.

Our stay was marred by a congested and noisy room, which made it difficult to relax. The cleanliness was just average, and the narrow parking road was a challenge in itself. What really added to our frustration was the fact that we had to walk around 100 meters from the parking area to the hotel with our luggage and nobody helped with luggage. Food was average and high priced.

had a truly good support experience. The staff at Hotel Ashok Residency were kind and attentive. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Their prompt service made the stay comfortable and pleasant. I would happily recommend Ashok Residency for a great stay.

Very poor responce in the reception, they dont care about people who satying and very harsh managments, we booked for 2 days stay and room they provided was very poor , worst conditioned air conditioner and blanket was in poor conditioner
