It was a wonderful experience at the hotel with polite staff and good and quick service and clean rooms

Rooms were neat and clean, service was done good and staffs were kind. We had a good stay the entire trip.

Worst service I've seen in a hotel. Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Even for a water bottle, you'll have to ask them 4 times. We booked 7 rooms, each room had some sort of problem. Location is in the market.

Blue Pearl was given very good experience. It is best suited for the family. Room is neatly maintained and staff is very friendly and polite.

My recent stay at 'Hotel Blue Pearl' was generally positive, and I would recommend it for a comfortable and convenient trip. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. The room was spacious.

The hotel room was clean and according to images shown but breakfast served was really bad. Idly was not baked properly, sweet was not cooked correctly and the breakfast was not even on time. Services like request for a water bottle, luggage transfer all were very slow

They didn’t provide breakfast for all members instead they say breakfast is only for one person in a room

No electricity backup. Food is for breakfast. Reception is terrible at night. Room is super small.

There is was no power for the whole night during our stay. Front desk people not responding and lift was not working There was no power for whole night during our stay, also there was no much option for food except Chinese food… also, water taps were slow and you have to wait for 30 mins to get hot water

The rooms were not cleaned, we checked in around 1 am and the receptionist was not welcoming and was arguing so much with extra bed issue. The breakfast was terrible, we had to wait for 10 mins just to get one puri. Better they charge for breakfast instead of giving such cheap and raw idlis as complimentary breakfast. We reached a la a family around 1 am and the receptionist was not so welcoming, he was arguing over extra bed policy at that time, my daughter who is 3 years old was tired of traveling and was vomiting and he wouldn’t stop arguing for the same, the beds are queen sized and he was arguing as king sized. As we entered the room, the bathrooms were not cleaned. In the morning, the breakfast was terrible, we had to wait for 10 to 15 mins to have one puri. Idlis were so raw and sticky, by 9 am they said all items were over. Instead of giving cheap complementary breakfast, they could have better charged for the same. I will not definitely not recommend to any of my family members.

the property was below expectation. the Executive room type I booked didn't have any extra amenities mentioned in MMT in comparison to the Superior room type other than the room size. Food was average and didn't have much options. poor quality of Staff and management. Services average.

Good clean room. Wash room was also good. Staff was very polite. Overall good place to stay. Food was good and served hot.

Rooms were clean and well suited for family. Parking is there. Food is good in the restaurant. Recommended one
