Location was good, food court downstairs was good but room service is not available in bathroom main water tap was not functioning only shower was functioning room size and ambience was good overall good

It was great experience to stay, excellent environment situated at good location. Good quality of bed and well decorated rooms

Different from the pictures. Also, room was average with DTH not working. And the railway station and Bus stand was just behind it.

It was decent. But they do not offer breakfast. Room was clean and so was the bathroom but expensive, very expensive.

Property is maintained well, in house restaurant serves very yummy food, ideal for a pligrimage stay

Brijwasi Centrum truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality were top-notch.The restaurant deserve special praise for its delicious menu and excellent service. It's one of the best hotel in Mathura.

location is good and also hotel is good but someone is new appointee at reception. he didn't know how to deal guest and have very bad behaviour so I give only 10/1 mark because he misbehaved with me and my husband so we don't prefer for next time this hotel
