Good experience at hotel couple Friendly Staff is good

The room is not so clean and towel and soap is not provided as per 2 person and area is quite scary

everything was good from check in to checkout. the room was clean and staff behaviour was also good.

Good place to stay , the staff is also friendly and good heigene maintained at the facility . Rest overall experience was amazing

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in Jaipur. The room was smelly, bedsheets shabby, walls chipped, and both fan and TV were covered in dust. showed “outside food allowed” but in reality, they denied it. Even basic requests like plates and glasses were ignored, and when finally given, it was a used glass from another room. The kitchen was unhygienic, staff unprofessional, and location inside a colony, not a proper city area. Truly a pathetic stay — would never recommend.

POOR SERVICE. ASKED FOR FOOD MENU 2 TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE.ON CHECKOUT DAY WE HAD COMPLIMENTARY CHECKOUT FROM MAKE MY TRIP FOR 2 HOURS BUT HOTEL STAFF BLAMED US THAT WE HAVE TO INFORM THEM PERTAINING THIS. ORDERING US THAT WE CANT ALLOW LATE CHECKOUT. A POOR BEHAVIOUR AND SERVICE FROM HOTEL STAFF. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR FUTURE TRIPS IF ANY.

Hotel room was terrible staff was not corporative electricity was not proper ac was not working no hospitality

I would say it was an average stay for us because - Rooms were not clean Bedsheets were dirty Pillows were giving a foul smell Overall find a good stay and avoid this one.

The property's location was very fine and the staff was very cooperative but the only problem which I faced was the lighting of that dormitory bed was not working although I was allotted a different bed but that is something which needs to be fixed and overall I would say that the property was very good, clean and my stay was very good at there
