Hotel was great. Good location and ambience. Polite staff. Clean hotel. Food is Nice. Overall a nice experience.

room was just ok, location is good. parking is not good. They wanted to see marriage proof for married couple, saw the picture then only allowed checkin.

The hotel is located in a good Location with a good environment. Hotel room service very quickly as Soon as possible. House Keeping is also very good.

Except for the Gate Keeper, the Hotel itself was quite unwelcoming. There was no one to pick the luggages, we had to carry our own stuff, nobody assisted in finding the rooms, the receptionist simply handed the keys and asked to proceed. The Housekeeping Staff simply gave out the mattress and went their way, they didn't even made the bed like what we generally get And the worst part was that when we ordered our dinner in Room Service. Due to a minor mistake the person bringing us our food dropped the Tandoori Roti on the floor. I heard the noise, and peeked outside. The guy picked up the roti, went back till the stair and again came back and started serving. I confronted why in the world is he serving us the food that fell down on the floor, and the answer was "Baas thora sa hi gira tha floor pe sir kuuch naahi hota", and then he showed me 2 pieces which has fallen down kept right on top of the food that had not. 🙂 🙂

Property is very well located very near to Kantatoli. Rooms are big and spacious with proper cupboards tables and chairs. Staffs are polite, welcoming and very accommodating. Room service is great. Cleanliness is very well maintained. Restaurants are amazing - specifically the roof top one (Reef) has Great ambiance and vibe.

The hotel is very well maintained..staffs are very good and prompt. Rooms are clean and well ventilated.. room service needs to be bit better. Food is also very good.

Room service was very poor. AC was not working. A hotel employee was asjing for Rs 150 to iron a pant & shirt . whereas outside it was being done for Rs 20. there wasnot even a tiwel in the roo.

Pathetic hotel, no slippers aur toiletries provided in washroom, Very congested rooms and extremely unhygienic washrooms, max 3 car parking(way to underground parking is very narrow) Location is good for which booked the property, but overall experience is horrible..
