Hotel El Dorado

Room allocated did not have even a single window. Only after repeated complaints, another room was allocated. No newspaper was available till 9am.

good food and food room. only improvement required to go extra mail in customer satisfaction.

We had stayed for a short period that is we checked in at 12 and checked out early next morning at 5 am. Overall the experience was good the only problem was with house keeping services as we complained thrice as AC was not working properly. But nobody came to check also.

Very well maintained rooms, staff felt a little under trained but that can be overlooked because of how good the stay itself was. Hotel is situated in a very good location. Restaurant food was very delicious and added to the experience, again staff there was under trained which at one instance really felt while we were eating. That should be improved.

Super Stay .. I m Staying in El Dorado almost 8 years since 2017 !! Not a Single Stay i had a problem staying in .. also it is in the heart of Ahmedabad.. everything is near by like restaurants shopping airport railway station !! Location is also Super !! Most imp Staff is very co operative nd Room is 10/10 . This is my 25th visit in 9 years

Best experience. The staff is very cooperative. Stay is comfortable and relaxing. Gym and other amenties is adding more relaxing stay at hotel. Food is of good quality and quick service is been obtained

Service was very bad, I have booked MAP plan ,still I didn't receive any dinner, I have informed the reception area well in advance about my arrival but still there was no dinner arranged . In fact I have to fight to get Aloo paratha at night ....the reception person was not coming operative

Claustrophobic rooms...you can’t turn off the lights...Food is average but highly expensive. A simple Rice, dal and vegetable will cost you Rs. 830
