Our experience of staying there was very bad. The room was very bad. No cleaning was done properly and no staff was there properly and no breakfast was provided properly.

I had the worst experience at goyal, we booked just one room, at the time of checkout they started asking for 2 rooms, the room was filled with dampness and moisture on walls, white fungus on pillow and dust all over the room in glasses and side tables. washroom was really small and no toiletries provided

Rooms are not clean. Badly smell in rooms. Beds are not comfortable the bed was small but the mattress was big. And toilets are in terrible condition

Location of hotel is centralized and very peaceful. Behaviour of Owner & Front Office Manager is politeful. Hygiene is also good. I would like to visit this hotel again. Thanks
