The property is located in a great location with a magnificent view of the Gwalior Fort. The complementary breakfast is sumptuous and the food is good. The staff is polite and cooperative. However, some guests have complained about the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, with some experiencing water leakage and unclean bed sheets. The reception staff has also been described as subpar and in need of improvement. The property is value for money, but needs some maintenance and improvement in service.
