TV not working the whole day, water not coming properly, this is a bad experience with this hotel. we have a three day plan to stay but We have changed the hotel because of the service.

I have booked two time same hotel and they give same room to me both of the time. They have set a fixed a room for those who booked online and make payment because they know customer can to cancel the booking because of un refundable.

Nothing to recommend worst experience ever staff was not supported and worst to explore the view from room

Best room neat and tidy. Staff was cooperative. Location was just on mall road. Parking was just near the hotel

Good location near Mall road, Food and services are excellent Only one problem was there that was the cable connection due to which the T.V was not working at all.Dental kit was not provided according to MMT amenities.

I found this hostel through mmt. and this hotel was excellent and the food was good and staff behaviour very nice and polite.

they are on prime location of the city so they have no shortage of visitors. that makes them arrogant, poor serving quality. actually they don't make any effort towards guests for quality stay. they don't offer even toothpaste and other amenities. just a shop chip. that all u get at night charge. food is below average. poor service arrogant management below avg food. that it.

Bad ambience poor room no parking facility no room cleaning no complementary water and not any facility

worst hotel ever to vist . Firstly two young boys came to help with our luggage by the time we were unpacking our luggage to give them the two boys went away we were searching for them in the middle of a street. After calling at the hotel and waiting for 5 to 10 minutes the two boys finally came . We were asking them why did u ran away and they were muttering something in their own language and laughing at us . At the reception when we were complaining about the boys the staff was not accepting their mistake and they were again mumbling about us . When we went inside our room we were given wet bath towel, the badsheet had dust and stains the bed sheet also had some holes . The washroom had broken taps and showers taps . For bathing there was no hot water . We were only given soaps no shampoo w when we asked for new towels at 8 pm we were given towels at 11 pm we were sleeping at that time. We were also being charged for mineral water . The staff was very rude they didn’t even apologies us for everything that happened to us

No parking area staff is good no balcony no vantilation in room and bathroom only 1 benefit near to mall road otherwise 1st experience is bad.

Worst experience, worst food quality,, for buffet breakfast charge,,you will get either poori sabzi, or bread butter,,for other items they will charge extra.. bedding quality poor poor poor,, service worst, no parking facility

All thing are Normal expect location Only Brightness shows on Pictures but not found at property service is normal Drinking water not clear

The hotel is pathetic. You get a foul smell in the rooms. And, it was heavily overpriced for the facilities they provided. Power cut in our room for almost an hour before we checked out of the hotel. Service ver poor.

The condition of the room is extremely poor. The windows are covered in dust and pigeon droppings are all over them. The blanket is in bad shape with visible holes, and the white comforter cover has stains. Additionally, the meal provided was terrible. Considering the price, the overall condition of the hotel is highly disappointing.

bht hi ghatiya experience tha mera hotel pe... na toh koi room service hai naa koi room hai kayde ka chutiya banate hai bus paise le ke breakfast ka liye than 2 items de ke puchte kya lemge issme se are bhai ehsaan kar rahe ho kya rukva ke apne waha

The place was clean, and staff was very polite and helpful. The food was delivered within 15-20 minutes after ordering. The location is also amazing. Closer to everything

Great rooms….. staff was very co operative but specifically food was delicious ♥️ I love there Allu ke pranthe♥️
