lovely stay. clean rooms. Professional and responsible staff. Stayed for 3 days. very well maintained property.

Out of the amenities mentioned in the online description TV, Chair and Wollen blanket was not there. The TV was not working at all, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and instead of Wollen blanket it was only thick cotton Chaddar.

There was many issues like no bath towel, mineral water, dirty bedsheets, dirty blanket, no hot water so i am giving this hotel only 2 stars. Addinatily : there is single person who are managed all services.

Bad experience. Only one boy was handling all rooms. According to price hotel was bad

hotel rooms were surrounded by cockroaches 🪳 on bed and room, unprofessional staff early morning they ranged bell and woked me up.

Very old hotel, dirty rooms, bathroom, broken everywhere. They should upload latest picture to not confuse the guest. Only location is good. No ample space for parking. Please don’t book else you will regret. Dirty blanket, room was very small and smelling.

Trip cancel-led due to unavoidable reasons. But i had stayed previously at hotel midtown. Staff service is good. Not availability of soap and towels in room. Not availability of drinking water

Hotel is on the main path. No problem in locating. Very near to government medical college. Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful. Will recommend.

Staff is good location is good but property is not good and not cleanness. No entertainment in rooms no tv is equipment

As per the price hotel was not up to the mark as he charged additional amount for the early check in that’s too ok but there was no water in the washroom, the reason was hotel person failed to fulfill the water tank so disappointed with this negligence

Check in time has to revise there check in time is 12. 00 pm. We are reached there 8 clock they charges for early check in. We are 3 and rooms was so small i booked deluxe ac. Pols keep there in small kitchen atleast in the hotel. Service good. The staff was cooperative.

We booked rooms for 10 adult and 2 child but hotel give us only 10 bed, for two membet we had sleep on floor on mat.

i was stay for 3 days and 3 nights in hotel midtown with my family., very bad experience was happened with us, i got very dirty room, after 2 times request they clean my room, and there was no hot water and also no regular water available for two days.. .those two days are very difficult to us.. in future i am never going to like this hotel.. .😡

No water in the washrooms. Rooms were very average, not as shown in the pictures online.

Location property is good. It can be easily identified. But cleanness is an issue. You can find dust everywhere. Overall good hotel.

1. The tv subscription was not done. Hence tv could not be watched. 2. Had been waiting for hot water since 5. 30 am. But finally at 08. 10 one immersion heater was made available. 3. The proprietor was co-operative though. It was an average stay and the hotel is near a very good restaurant, great sagar restaurant and also at a walkable distance to panchakki

Basic facilities. Close to bib i ka makbara, next to highway. Good option for night layover at low price

very hygienic. take care of all those think which I expected in service like bed tea. breakfast etc.
