Hotel Minerva Grand

The hotel rooms need a major upgrade, looked very old and outdated.The restaurant was good and food was tasty

Excellent room nice good food in quality , my car also took good care and everything my trip is superb

if you stay in Nellore this Hotel is excellent. I visited nellore many time ..but this Hotel and staff experience is very good

The tariff is expensive for that room even local hotels have better rooms than what I got in life time don't choose Minerva...when I called them No Rooms told and within 5 minutes I booked with premium price ..it's bad experience...

Location is good but the facilities are average However the service is not very good and as usual most of the hotels in India are allergic to superbikes

Frequently power cut and freezer not working properly and the AC cooling was not Upto the mark .other than this the reception was not attentive

Ac was not working effectively, water in wash room was not coming properly, not worth spending 5k for this hotel, morning buffet breakfast was limited

Room no 602... is worse lots of insects in mid night and also in washroom.. not worth 3k to 4K per night ... management anyone stay one night in the room and decide

Right form doorman to reception staff were courteous and quick to address any concern ! Restaurant staff was good and attentive! However rooms were a let down ! The quilt was stinking , Air-con not cooling that it should and anyone who prefers room with a view plz give it a skip
