We had booked the deluxe room. and The room was not cleaned properly and was also not painted well. There was no refrigerator, no table, no chair only bed in the room, and the pool was not maintained properly. Outside beer was not allowed, while the beer sold inside was very expensive, along with the high-priced food. I do not recommend staying here. Instead, look for a good hostel or hotel that is neat, clean, and within your budget.

No Hot water, No wifi service in all rooms, food are ok but costly, Room Cleaning Poor, Outside food not allowed. Swimming pool not cleaned properly. Bed Quality also Not good

Enjoyed the stay fully, staff is cooperative and c beach is few steps away. Receptionist madam is cool and helping. Fully recommended deluxe room.

Very poorly maintained guest house, its totally different

poor hygiene condition pests /cockroaches on Bed ..no cleaning while we stayed 2 nights. ..the cupboards are with dirt no hangers provided, Fans are at full speed regulator knobs missing, no hot water till 10 AM, no space for cloth drying

The hotel location is calangute beach and all facilities of hotel. The hotel is good food and good behaviour

Property location was too near to beach it was ok, but parking space was not there (praivet parking not there, ac was too noise, not improved from long years

The hotel is very near to calangute beach. The management is also so good service and staff r so friendly but the room cleaness is poor orverally is the best hotel

It was ok ok. You get 3 options for room if you book offline. The hotel doesn't accept booking from all but still many shows its booking i don't know why. In goa when it is crowded. Getting a room is difficult. Only the best thing in this hotel was. Staff behavior. All were very nice and genuine.

Don't go anybody. One of the very low class hotel with very high amount. Even make my trip chit-red me by showing pics of other beautiful more but we got very different room. Cleanliness is very bad

This property should be delis-ted on mm t. They don't care about guests. Changed room 3 times but not even single thing is ok. Ac not working, the toilet windows are broken, room sizes are too small not worth against the tarrif they charged. Total waste of money. If anyone want to spoil there holiday can take this hotel.

Very bad quality rooms, no room service as per booking, swimming pool is not good, food is of average quality, left hotel in two days against booking of five days, not advisable for family
