worst experience found many pest inside the room no hot water available. taps are not working properly. beds are small compared to which is shown in the images.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The room was basic but house keeping service was excellent. But the because of some leakage, the bathroom floor always remained wet. The worst part was room service. The complimentary breakfast had just 1-2 items and it was limited and the same every morning.

The room was alright but not the one shown while booking online. Location was less than 2 km from Railway station. We had poha at breakfast which was nice. Overall recommended for a night stopover.

Awesome stay to start with...rooms were large and clean..there were no insects and bedbugs.. can't say about tv because didn't use it..food was good too.. only thing that is bothering me is room rent was 1000 with direct booking..and here in mmt they are charging 1800...that is way too much..

Location, food, and service of the hotel are good. Parking space is a big problem. There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom was clean, but there was some leakage in tap. Overall value for money kind of stay.

Good stay this Hotel Staff is good & rooms are neat & clean. Near by railway station easy to find the Hotel.

Food was good and well served. But there should be multiple quantity type in the menu. Hotel's location is at Prime area of Nagpur the sadar market. It's closer to railway station, metro station as well.
