HOTEL SKML GRAND

The room as we entered had a foul smell even after clean up. And the bedsheets were not clean. there were insects inside the bed, below pillows. Even after complaining, the staff their did not changed the bedsheet.

pro) good budget hotel,good room,good toilet, cons)no good hotel near buy, you can't find good chai near buy,only one good thing is they allow outside food.you can order online and they allow into hotel. hotel in slum area, a/c is not working properly and no hot water all time.

I had a pleasant stay in the Hotel SKML Grand Vishakhapatnam. The staff is very good.

The floor space of the hotel room was less than similar hotels in that range. I had difficulty in seating in the chair that was provided because there was not much space. Otherwise, everything looked ok. But the price should be a bit low. In Indore, I paid less price for a better room.

I booked a room for 2 days in skml Grand, stay and service was all good but I had one major issue during stay, on 2nd day of my stay, when I was not in my room and was out for sightseeing, the staff opened my room and cleaned it without my permission. although they did it in a good intention but such act raises a concern of privacy among visitors. should have asked about the same.

need to work on food and room service....room and view was worth the price though.....and yes should add some more Hindi movie channels

It's located around 800 metres from vizag railway station. By far the best of the lot near by to railway station in terms of amenities etc. It has lift too. Food is good. Service ok. Rooms are small but given the price it's ok.

Good Location, Easy Checkin, Nice Stuff. Rooms are big with adequate amenities. Near the railway station.

Advice not to stay with family. Everything in this hotel is in poor condition. A/c is also not working properly.

Room doesn't have wi-fi, tv was not working. When i came back in the evening, many cockroaches roaming on the floor. Room was stinking. Had to use freshener and kept windows open. Pathetic experience.
