Location really good not too far not too close to tarapith temple,rooms are clean ,staffs are really good service excellent .foods are costly as compared to other hotels .pool gym children park ,parking all are superb.

A well located hotel, within close proximity to the tarapeeth temple.

Swimming Pool staff behaviour all amenities are excellent and outstanding.Check in and check out time is also good .

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is terrible – it’s hard to find and surrounded by noise and mess. The walls had seepage and looked very dirty, clearly showing poor maintenance. To make things worse, some guests were playing loud music late at night, making it impossible to sleep. The room was full of mosquitoes and the overall hygiene was extremely poor. The bathroom was not clean, and it smelled bad all the time. The food was the worst part – completely tasteless and unhygienic. I honestly regret booking this place. It’s definitely not worth the money and I would never recommend it to anyone.

It was an amazing experience, pleasant stay, staff behaviour is so warm and kind.

Location is good but the amenities are not upto the mark. There is no exhaust system in the washroom. Food charges are over priced. Room tariff is very high considering the overall facilities and the services.

Hotel Sonar Bangla Tarapith is a perfect place for a family stay. Rooms are neat and clean. The hotel has a good large swimming pool, The kids have really enjoyed it.

The location is good. Food was average and no breakfast buffet available. swimming pool water was also not clean. Staff behaviour was good.

actually I had reached there through Google map & after reaching there i hadn't got that that room which i had booked , foods are average & foods delivery to room was too delayed that breakfast being ordered after 30 mins to 40 mins ihad to cal 4 to 5 times then they brought, last thing is that during checkout no one came to bring luggage

The hotel is quite expensive compared to the facilities provided. The place lacks proper hygiene, the waiters seem untrained, and the receptionist was extremely rude. They behave as if they have a monopoly because of being part of a good hotel chain, but in reality, they should focus more on improving their services in line with the charges they take. Staff should be polite and humble, which was clearly missing. Overall, there are no better alternatives nearby, which is the only reason to consider staying here.

Pros - Excellent location, nice pool, food was excellent, good staff. Cons- Expected complimentary breakfast at this price point. Also, room did not have amenities such as slippers and complimentary mineral water. Also there was no hot water in the washrooms.

Rooms are pretty comfortable and are pretty well equipped with amenities that come at this price point. Staff is very hospitable and services are quite prompt. Restaurant is good. There is a decent sized play area for kids near the reception and some space to unwind before moving into the rooms. Ample car parking is a bonus for those who drive down. This was a major requirement for us as many of hotels really close to the temple do not have this facility. While not the closest to the temple, a - 10 min walk to the general gate. However the VIP gate is farther away. e-Rickshaws are plenty. IMHO this is one of the top hotels overall. I would be remiss if I didn't consider staying here again during a future visit.
