Hotel Suncity @Harkipauri road by Pleasant stayz

Pleasant stay with all specific amenities and also located in a convenient place near to railway station and bus stand ,I travelled solo female but they are very cooperative, good 👍

Location, approach and helpful staff are the positives of the property. The room is a bit small and congested which is normal in old religious places. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel was in a good place but not very comfortable. The room was very small and not cleaned properly and not maintained at all.

bahut bura hain....saaf nehi ......ac service achha nehi hain....electric problem hain....staff rude behave karta hain....

Not as per exception , rooms are too small, geyser are not working condition, washroom are not perfect

excellent stay. hot water was available. only drawback was windows were shut closed with fence. staff was polite.

Looks shady. AC not working properly Not even complimentary water bottle was given. Toilets were ordinary and hand spray doesnt work

unhygienic and not cleaned room.... blanket is also unwashed and after change they give again same type of blanket

The room I booked a room at suncity that was fantastic, but what truly made my stay was the staff. They were incredibly gentle and kind, always ready to help with a warm smile. The location was perfect for me as well, right at the main ISBT bus stop, which made my travels so easy. being a ladyI highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location near about the ganga Ghat and also 800 m away from railway station. I'll definitely be back on my next visit.

It’s been a wonderful experience we had in hotel Suncity.I definitely going to recommend the facility hotel to my friends ad Family the next trip.

Maintenance needs improvement, poor hygiene. The hotel staff are not professional. Especially the one at the front desk who asked personal questions. The room lock was not working, so I had to change the room multiple times. , do not recommend
