Bedsheets were dirty, cockroaches in the washroom, tv was not working, no place in the bathroom to place utensils, no cleaning of the room during our stay, mouse traces close to the entrance.

Shortage of staff and hygiene was the main concern during my stay with my family. We had to asked for every thing which was including in my hotel booking (like, tea and breakfast). Ambience was good with proper functional AC (even there was some glitch in electricity). Food was below than average.

First of all the name of the hotel is A star and not Tammana .Secondly they have a problem of communication. We checked in around 7:00 pm .due to train delay.We reached at Amritsar 6;00 pm.it took us 1:00 hr approx to reach at hotel due to no picking up of our call from their end.Next morning on 10th June, we followed their instructions to check out at 11:00 am.
