AC is not working 1 day then 2 nd day change my room. 2 nd day tv is not working. I called front desk and complaint. but not responding properly. bad experience in my life. bad service.

It was an overall good stay at Ibis hotel, nashik. AC temperature is locked at 24 degrees, which gives a bad experience. As they've provide a big blanket. It becomes hot mostly.

Please note following feedbacks:- (1) Although checkin time was 2 PM, but rooms were made available after 3 PM. As per our package, breakfast was part of it. But it there were some misunderstanding among the hotel staff due to which they were asking me to pay money even in the midst of our breakfast. Then I had shown them the package details and then they understood. Although the issue was resolved immediately, but was very embarrassing on our part. Also, tea coffee served during the breakfast were not hot. Overall, it was an average experience.

Nice and clean rooms friendly staff, good location. Room rentals are budget friendly. We got a good deal via makemytrip portal.

Rooms Smell Musty
Food is ok . But rooms have strong musty smell because there is no ventilation at all. It was very suffocating. There was no wifi ,so there was no TV . my kid was disappointed. Next time ,for sure I don't choose this nor recommend to anyone.

Overall experience is ok. Good to stay in Nasik. They can do better in food buffet. All other things are ok

Everything was nice but do keep some normal medicine for Headache or pain killer. Rest all was very good and the best

Food is not good. They provide paneer masala which was kept in freeze.They don’t even warm it. Also there is no service staff for luggage carrying. The washroom was so clumsy

Poor Stay
Most of the services are of self service, this should be mentioned somewhere while booking. The rooms are too small. The restaurant is just next to reception and then bar. The are is unorganised and not comfortable at all.The bf options are limited and food quality is not up to the mark.

5/5 for cleanliness. very polite staff. location is perfect. Very near to Triambak and main city is about 5 KM only. A small village market is nearby. complementary breakfast was good.

not satisfactory. Breakfast is very bad. bathroom is too small. no people to serve, they provide only dental kit, no soap.
