Well behaved staff , very responsible food was good and cleanliness was up to the mark , good for the stay

check in time No one to carry luggage to the room, C grade break fast, resturant manager/incharg way of talking and replying too rude. Front desk receptionist debisha language to check out at 12:00 was completely unprofessional request for late check out was replyed in rude manner. over all Staff is desi , unprofessional.

The hotel property is decent and the breakfast spread is well placed. Few amenities are under renovation. Overall a satisfactory experience.

out dated property customer service was good also we've changed two room with high price but none of them has tv in working condition

The Hotel was centrally located and was well equipped. However, we had people entering our room with keys twice at around 6 am because of issues at the front desk.

Location was good. Food was average with very limited options in breakfast. Staff service was good and supportive.

Location was good, room service and overall service was also nice. The food I ordered was at night was just fruit platter but the fruits were bit raw so was not able to finish it completely.

While informing my late arrival, I was not told that there would no food or night kitchen open. 3. The Rooms had dirty lipstick stained towels 4. No toiletries/no body wash liquid 5. The lobby was stinking of cigarette smoke. 6. The A LA carte service took forever to serve a simple Rice, Dal and Aloo jeera(close to 50 minutes 1. Very bed experience and small room and small bathroom and not good breakfast... Not supportive Staff so I don’t suggest any guest boook this hotel...

Very nice stay , got a good value for money deal from MMT. The staff was courteous, centrally located property.

I felt like a regular hotel, compact, feeling uncomfortable, I booked for fern hotel, costing 5000/- per night but seems that fern has made us fool
