got a deluxe room ( 1 above the base category) yet the rooms were shabby few lights in the room were not working. almost all rooms had this very gloomy lights and it was difficult to operate in the room. just besides the balcony was a nalla.. it was smelling so yucky the bathroom door back.. had mould on it and it too shabby to touch also. food is okok we took dinner buffet and 3 days stay everyday.. the bhaji / main course bhaji was pathetic..many guests at the hotel found that the food was not upto the mark overall disappointed

It’s a nice place to stay , food was ok , the swimming pool is neatly maintained, location is also good , centrally very near to the Calangute beach , overall good

Hotel staff is very good. Polite , helpful. attentive. Provides needful things without asking. their kimchi salad was very tasty. Good food. pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious balconi is beautiful. calangute beach is at walking distance. Market nearby. Perfect for solo traveller too.

The property is located 10-15 minutes walkable distance from calangute beach. The adjacent buildings are very congested hence balcony is not much enjoyable and the entire room is visible from other close distance buildings. They have dedicated open sky parking lot which can accommodate 15 cars. There is car wash service available but it is absolutely scam better to avoid it. Best part of this hotel is cleanliness and inhouse buffet breakfast + dinner i really enjoyed it. They provide many different dishes which cater mostly to everyones taste. Overall it was a good stay.
