Le ROI, Jammu@ Tawi Railway Station

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable environment. The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process, which made the entire experience smooth. The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, and the facilities were up to the mark. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant experience.

Regarding my stay at Jammu Leo ROI Property, I had booked Executive Rooms, but the facilities were not up to the mark. The room did not have proper shampoo and body wash, and there was no tea maker. I paid Rs. 3100, and even the complimentary items had to be requested before they were provided. Overall, the service did not match the charges of the hotel.

Basic room, they did not have a hand towel in the bathroom, lift does not have an access card to 3rd floor where I stayed, you are dependent on hotel staff for the same.

Very good experience to stay here. Staff is very cooperative. All rooms are very clean. Location is near to railway station.

It is now an old property, so based on that it is overpriced. Also, housekeeping is average. Rooms are old now.

we preferred this hotel in past but this time experience was horrible, Poor room service, bath fittings and rooms are in bed condition. needs renovation totally

The hotel was good location wise & cleanliness wise, but it was average other amenities wise like no mat for wet feets, razer & blade, shampoo, they don’t allow persons from jammu with local id & all

The facility was average, lots of mosquitos. No good knight was provided, instead they brought in hit which you obviously cannot use while you're in the room. Food quality was decent. No wow factor. Cereals were provided at the buffet counter but there was not any milk.

Very poor services, no parking and room and toilet not cleaned flash, button is not working in toilet

Hotel was good, but i guess staff was bit noosy this time, and room keys were deactivating more often

The room was okay, but the TV was not working. The bathroom was in very bad condition and the lift was not working.
