Terrible Stay
Very bad experience...price to high ..it’s okay but if they provide amenities...not working exhaust fan not working ...I called many of the times plz bring water bottle ...they didn’t give us ...even the tv was not proper working ...remote control not working tv not working ...a very bad experience

Quality needs improvement
1) general response and service needs improvement 2) food quality: not very good overall: the quality ( service, attitude, food quality, room quality etc) is not exactly matching with lemon tree brand name. As there is no competition at baddi - that is why it is surviving anyhow

Good room good room service, good staff good location, only minus point is food, breakfast buffet is ok, could be much better.

Terrible house keeping. Laundry also had issues i stayed there for a week. Every day i had to ask for regular toiletry as they were never kept. The cleaning of bathroom also poor. Laundry prices not in aligned. For getting any regular toiletry every time every day a call is to be given

It was good. As schedule was tight but i relaxed in room properly. Ambience was good and so the facilities are.

Good Stay
Overall good property but i personally found the food to be a little too blunt in taste. However you can manage this as there are many restaurants in the area where you can fulfill your delicacies. Regarding the staff- they were excellent at what they are doing and are very polite and supportive.

Horrible stay
businessThey dont even provide you the basic amenities like centralised heating, functional tv, and most basic hot water wat else u need in a hotel. As my room no. Was 312 my stay was from 24-25th i checked in at 2:00 pm and i requested at reception that your room heating is not working firstly dey took 1 hour to fix it and after 5 mins heating stopped again then i called up at reception again they said we ll change the room but they didnt and started repairing it again and gave me a oil heater instead in between i checked tv remote was not working also i requested to change that as well but they took one hour to day lil thing and took 4 hours to fix that room heating issue. In the morning 9:30 was about to take a bath but no hot water was d ere i complained at reception again for that and they said again we ll change the room but they didnt to do that. Staff came to repair and fix that running hot water problem so told them m going for breakfast please fix it asap but after an hour i came back hot water was still not available i called up at reception again to please change the room as i need to bath but again they sent the staff to repair dey took another half n hour to repair it but was unable to fix that issue they dint even bother to change my room unfortunately i had to checkout from there and shifted to another hotel. I strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel bcoz staff is not at all cooperative not even bother to solve your problem and they lack of basic amenities. They are just spoiling the brand name. Food was good no complains. But stay was horrible. Ll never visit again at this property.

It was a pleasant stay
It was a 1 day halt at baddi lemon tree which was peaceful the food and the staff were good and the property is also goo and we'll maintained. Though it's situated around industrial area so little bit truck horns and traffic and the near by roads are not smooth. Over all a good property

Expensive hotel on rooms and food
businessThe room price per day is above, food price very expensive, at restaurant the executive don’t offer or request for normal or bottled water and she directly offered packed water bottle and one litre water bottle cost 79 rupees but mrp is 20 rupees. Even 5 star hotel may not charge such.

Incompetent staff. Poor hospitality. Inadequate services offered.
couplePoor food quality of chowmein and manchurian. They had only one bottle opener in the whole hotel. The staff was incompetent to live up to the name of such a big brand lemon tree.
