We are truly sorry that the shower in your room was not working properly during your stay and that our staff’s response suggesting the use of a bucket was unacceptable. That falls well short of the standard of comfort and service we aim to provide and we fully understand how distressing and inconvenient this was. Please accept our sincere apologies. We take this complaint very seriously and have already begun an internal review of what happened so we can prevent a recurrence.
