Location is ok, morning coffee is not good, food is tasty, mini fridge in the room is not working, standards compared to other locations has to improve

Toilet was not satisfactory and very small, not spacious, service was not great. Rooms are not cleaned properly.

Rooms were very nice, clean and decent size. We loved the coffee house staff. Very friendly and accommodating and courteous. Over all a very good stay.

Pretty decent rooms. Clean bathrooms. But food is very spicy! From Masala Chas to Lemon Coriander soup, ground mirchi added! Since it’s a floating crowd restaurant doesn’t seem to care about the food taste.

we stayed on the first floor rooms were decent, but service staff keep nagging for tips for every help. This needs to change to ensure travelers keep visiting. I would suggest the management to keep eye on this and curb such behavior.

Hotel under renovation and we have been given rooms which are so aloof where repairs are going on and absolutely packaged rooms which we have felt very much un comfortable. We have paid huge amount inspite of not comfortable

The hotel was good, the staff, rooms, facilities and everything was good. The one and only complaint was that the food in the restaurant was costly. Last year when we stayed in Vizag, the bay hotel I think it was 4 star or 5 star rated hotel, food in that hotel was very normal like outside rates. That is why I have given 4 star rating, otherwise I would have given 5 star rating
