Need to rectyfy.

Stay was good, room was clean, but following issues were observed and those need to be rectified: 1. Room service not upto the mark 2. Response time was too high. 3. I booked for 3 persons but after frequent follow ups , the third bed was received atleast two hours later than we reached. 4. Slippers and toiletries were given only after follow ups. Why follow-ups required? If someone is not properly aware, then they will not get, even though, they have paid. 5. Breakfast serving was poor.

room is big but seapage on the walls of the room and they provide extra bed when we booked the room we mention triple occupancy we thought they will give us family room but they provide extra bed bathroom is not very clean as per the rates of the property not satisfied

We stayed with family and rooms were spacious and clean . Service was fine. Location wise also good nearby to station from platform 1. Temple 3-4 km away easy to commute via erikshaw and cab. Hotels near to temple are very crowded therefore this hotel was nice. Government property it was good.

We have a very pleasant stay in MPT ujjan, a good luxury delicious-food and there are also extra bad is provided with no extra costs , they have never show that your check out time at 12 o'clock whenever we are call there and room services the location in the central heart of Ujjain is very good we have this is a very near by the Chamunda Chauraha in fact the most famous shri Kaleshwar Mandir is very near by this MPT ujjan we we will suggest to our native and friends to stay input gel in fact we also got the feedback from my one of my friend who previously state in MPT ujjain Delicious breakfast for ever age group

Stayed here from 13th to 15th Aug. Hotel is value for the monet that they charge. Located in a convenient area, Mahakal temple is about 3 km away. There are ample eating places nearby. Hotel room and bathroom very very spacious. The rooms we stayed in were a little old. So, the paint and look wasn't very fresh. However, it was clean. Same with the bathroom - not very ssophisticated but spacious and clean. All in all, all basic amenities present and very spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and service was good. The only part we didn't like was the food. It was too oily! Although on pointing it out, next dishes were a little less oily. Food was average though. However, if you don't like the food there, many options nearby. Overall, would recommend the hotel- it's a good one at a reasonable price Stayed here from 13th to 15th Aug. This is my 2nd Trip to Hotel Ujjaini. This time we were 5 Adults and a Kid and we got 2 rooms. They have ample parking and room sizes are huge. Their Breakfast is also very good. Will stay again if I come to Ujjain sometime later.
