Excellent Stay

I had a really good experience during my stay. The manager was extremely polite and helpful throughout. His service was excellent, and I truly appreciate people like him who go the extra mile for guests. It made the stay much more pleasant. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The first thing I noticed was the strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the room feel unpleasant from the start. There were even cigarette ashes on the sofa, suggesting that it hadn’t been cleaned properly before my arrival. The bedsheets were very dirty, and I even found waste like pistachio shells scattered on the floor. The ice tray in the mini-fridge was moldy, which clearly showed neglect in basic hygiene. The shower glass had visible watermarks, adding to the overall impression that the room had not been cleaned or maintained properly for a long time. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping standards to ensure future guests have a more pleasant stay.

The location is nice, and the rooms were tidy apart from the fact that they smelled very metallic, the people at the reception were okay, could have been more polite but still they weren't rude either. One issue I faced was no one came to clean the rooms, like we stayed there 4days and still no one.
