We had the great and comfortable experience in this stay. Staff is really polite and helping. It’s really nearby golden temple and walking distance from local market. You can also find all the local food shops nearby.

worst pathetic,, disgusting, even at the price they are giving the hotel, please don't book this...nothing i mean nothing was working in the hotel from rude staff to bad bathroom fittings, it was just worse and obviously no one cared so please please dont book this hotel and save your money.

Stay was comfortable with very close proximity to Golden temple. Gurpreet at front desk is very courteous.

It was overall an average stay. Hygiene was ok. Foul smell in bathrooms was always there due to poor ventilation. No hot water available during morning time due to some technical issue they said. Breakfast had not much options but it was ok.

Room was clean and staff is also very well behaved and supportive. Good food, good location. Price

The customer service is very poor, rooms n corridors very dark, shabby or no ventilation. The staff will not give early check-in as mentioned even if rooms available. They cite no rooms for early check-in but instantly rooms available for new booking. They will try to squeeze in as much money from customers and will not honor online rates for any extension of stay. No courtesies & no consideration for women. Washroom by lobby very small. No room cleaning thro the stay. My senior also booked room upon my referral but up dealing w/ the front desk.

Shower not working, tap water smelling, aircon stopped working the second day, dirty bedsheets and towels

Hotel looks more appealing in photos than in reality in reality, it isn't good

Money minded people, disrespectful staff won’t make any reasonable accommodation. Small common toilet at entrance. if asked for early checking won’t allow even. They will say all rooms full but if need to book rooms suddenly they are available. They will not match any online rates & exploit customers and opportunity to levy higher tarrifs. No hot water barely lukewarm, dirty carpets, Morning breakfast not ready on time & served very late. Rooms congested many without any windows. Front Desk have no customer orientation. Will never recommend this Hotel.

Rooms are very small. They don't provide service at all. Paying 3.5k for a room like this, I think is a waste of money.

We checked in and left in an hour or so. First thing- their premises and room doesn’t match the photographs they have on the app. Place looked shady. Electricity was fluctuating constantly when we checked in. Didn’t find it good enough and hence we went out in an hour itself.

Location good close to Golden temple and jallianwalabagh. Facilities were bad on arriving rooms and washrooms were not cleaned. No tolitery was provided and kettles were not clean and bedding also. Food was ok but options were very less.

location was far from the main entrance of Harminder Sahib. upon asking for extra bedding didn't even give the bill. rooms were average for the price

The hotel is conveniently placed near Golden temple. Behavior of the staffs is very good but room service is slow. They serve morning tea after 8.30 am which is not comfortable for people doing early check out or going out early in the morning. Rooms are clean. Bed is cozy but a bit small. Bathroom is very small and not convenient at all for a large size person.
