Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, significantly impacting our trip. Despite a prior request for a late check-in and twin beds, the room was not ready upon our arrival. To make matters worse, the room assigned to us appeared to have been unused for several days, if not weeks. The condition of the room was unacceptable. We noticed spider webs, excessive dust, and hair on the floors, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The mattresses were in poor condition, emitting a foul odor, and were not properly made. The flooring was broken, the ceiling had leakage issues, and there were visible signs of water seepage. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with broken tiles, loose taps, and visible saltwater stains on the shower and sink, making it look dirty and unhygienic. The overall stench in the room was unbearable. Upon complaining, the staff admitted that the room was mistakenly allocated as it was not in use. They assigned us a second room, but it was in a similarly poor state and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. Additionally, while the hotel does not have a kitchen, breakfast is offered. However, it was outsourced and the same meal was served for two consecutive days, which was underwhelming and lacked variety. This experience was highly disappointing and fell far short of the standards expected from your establishment.
