Property location is easily accessible and all amenities are too good and food was also prepared well on time. Overall, nice experience during the stay.

hotel is not ready to accept MMT booking. after my request they have given room which is not up to the mark.

central location.prompt checkin and check out. neat and clean room and linen.counter staff helpful.quickly arranged a taxi for my 5am taxi to airport.only con is they dont have a restaurant. they can arrange non veg food from nearby restaurant. but hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurants so that is not a big problem. no idea about complementary breakfast as I left at 5am

1.No vehicle park. 2. Asked the driver to park infront of the lawn. 2.Morning we couldn't take the vehicle due to unknown vehicle parked behind my vehicle as per the instruction of hotel management 3.It took 90 mts .1 and half hr to clear my car. . 4.Reception staff and management is not bothering and no system followed. 5. No parking and driver rest room or dormetry. 6.Mosquitos in the room. 7.Make my trip should avoid recommending this vehicle. 7.No attenders on call. 8.Please avoide this hotel particularly coming for interview or exam.Or looking for hugine and staff respone Better to avoid this hotel stay. it's lodge without management. Morning breakfast is not good no hygiene in service

overall good. hot water is not coming properly. The space is too small. pleasant view of old central bus stand over window. More suited for solo stay than family

Terrible worst hotel night time there is no power no clean, lift also not working properly i stucked 5 minutes in lift no help...no proper guidance....

Though the check in time is given as 12, we had to wait for more than 30 min to get room though we arrived late at 1.15 pm . Limited car parking options. bugs in bathroom.

Only thing good about this hotel was the location.Near the bus stand surrounded by shops.The rooms were below average. The AC was clogged up with dust, totally failed to cool the room. The in house restaurant was terrible with the floors looking like they were last cleaned when tiruchirapalli was renamed to trichy. The room service was decent. The property's a 1star at best. Avoid this at all cost.

This is a very good hotel, exactly opp to central bus stand & 1 km away from railway station..it's in very prime location for food & travelling. very good support from hotel staff..i recomended this hotel 100%..
