Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, staff is good, owner prince is also a nice person.

Food is not available. Location is good.

Far from market. Didn't maintain well.

Found less safe as no street light in front of hotel. No safety gate at hotel entry.

Totally a mess uncleaned plus most of the times no electricity.

*due to construction work all rooms are dusty. *entry of hotel is so busy with construction work material.

The hotel was under construction ( renovation was going on) and My family outing was ruined and my kids were complaining.

All room were dirty, only single staff, all three bathroom which we got were too dirty and water was also not coming out of tap, they don't have answers to this, i personally request make my trip to avoid this type of hotel which only looting public money on your platform!

Wash room is Conjusted, room is small in size. Variety of breakfast is very limited. Room service is also not good.

Staff behaviour was rude, worst experience ever.

On arrival, I was told that hotel doesn't have parking and it has to parked at own risk overnight. The kitchen was not functioning so no meals or tea could be served. Only one staff was available for everything (reception housekeeping etc) so no services were available. Other person came later on reception and I heard him shouting over phone to some customers while some customers were waiting for check-in with females and few kids. It was dust except on the bed and linen horrible. Not recommended.
