I recently stayed in room 2013 with my small child, and while the resort had some positives, there were several issues that affected our comfort. The bed was problematic – the mattress dimensions seemed uneven, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially with a little one trying to sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well, which was disappointing.
We also ran into trouble with the wardrobe in our room. It was malfunctioning, and only one door would open, making it difficult to organize our belongings properly.
On the bright side, the resort itself was clean and spacious overall. What really made our stay worthwhile was the pickup and drop facility to Shirdi. Since we didn't have our own vehicle, this service was incredibly convenient and made our temple visit much easier and stress-free.
With some attention to room maintenance and cleanliness details, this property could be much better. The location and transportation service are definite advantages.
