Room was not properly ventilated, in washroom insects were there. Food was average.

Average Stay rooms was patches on wall, Hot water was not available, no complementary water, Food Quality was Good, Shower was choaked. Location was Very good. Can be improved.

Location -- If you are comming from Airport or Station The cab driver will take 1000 rom Airport .and the Hotel is not clearly visible from main road ..but approcahble .. One sadi store at enterance .. 20 steps to go to hotel enterance ..economical hotel and decent staff .. Our room did not have mobile range front side had . Staff is decent . For Baba Vishwanath Temple this is good ..Just go till PDR Mall and then left for Nadi Chowk Tea was good . They also give chat items from outside . Service was good as per teh price . You need to ask . Morning water may nbe not hot some days .. you neeed to ask .. Tiles are newly constructed ..but saw small german cockroches ..did not have much issue ..but it was there ..

Cockroaches were roaming around. No tea packs and kettle were provided. Do not recommend at all. It wasn't worth.

TV is non functional.. Our next day room is allowed to change but bill is not paid. During discussion no respect.. other customers are given priority. Photos shown attached but found worst room also not working TV or coolers.I have done so many booking but this hotel is worst in supporting customer. Though we checked in late night 11am and expecting peaceful and cooperation from Hotel was not helped timely manner

It was wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel. The hotel was good in size and there was facility of food in the ground floor as well. The ambience was welcoming too

Worst experience ever had. Cocroaches were all over the place. Rooms were very small and stinky. Even after complaint the response was very rude.

Room condition was very poor. There was rat in one of the rooms. Lot of dust and flies in the room, which was not cleaned at all. Ultimately we had to migrate to higher category room by paying more money last moment. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone prashant desai

The photos showed for standard non ac room are not true to what the actual rooms are. Had to get it upgraded in the hotel itself as the quality of non ac rooms were really bad. The upgraded room was fine but still not justified as per cost of room. Hotel was old built. There was some smell in the corridor as well, they might have put some mosquito repellent spray but still you wouldn’t want any smell in your hotel. The room service was good, whenever asked for water, they quickly delivered it. The hotel also had parking available for 4 wheeler and the driver which went with us, they provided a space for him to sleep with their staff. Bed quality was also good, rating it lower because the room which they gave us at first, non ac one was horrrribllleee

Cleanliness is an issue. Washroom is too small. Not worth the price. But every hotel is costly in that area.

Absurd, if i would have option to give negative ratings i should go for that. Old, smell, others open bathroom ventilation connected to the room.

Very good hotel at this price point, neat and clean. Front desk is supportive. Around 1 km from kashi vishwanath temple. Good for family also.

Not much good as it had smell of moisture from walls and no network coverage inside hotel as it made very packed

The hotel is not modern, and even the deluxe room has cockroaches on bed, but the food was really good and reasonable.
