Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur

I stayed at the Ramada for one night, and while the stay was generally acceptable, it did not meet the standards typically associated with the Ramada brand. The furniture, upholstery, tiles, walls, and glass surfaces all appeared worn, discoloured, and scratched, giving the room the feel of a budget hotel . Although the room was clean, the brand charges a premium for ambience, comfort, and overall presentation—none of which were reflected in this property. Service at the restaurant was notably slow. For example, a simple order of tandoori roti took nearly 15 minutes, by which time the rest of the meal was already cold or finished. Having stayed at multiple Ramada properties across India, I found this location far below the expected standard, even falling short of the appearance and experience offered by many budget chains. The in-room amenities were also disappointing. A low-quality plastic tray contained just three items—two ₹5 Lay’s packets that looked old and crushed, and one small Hide & Seek biscuit pack. There was no welcome drink or any thoughtful touch that one would normally expect at this price point. Overall, the stay did not justify the cost. If this is the level of accommodation provided, one might as well opt for a standard -per-night hotel.

Positive: The hospitality and service were very good. The staff was always ready to help. Negative/Area for Improvement: The TV in my room was not working. I reported this on the first day, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved even until my check-out after 2 days, which was disappointing. Overall, a good stay, but I faced some inconvenience due to a technical issue that was not resolved.

Clean, comfy vibes, staff was super helpful. Perfect location for exploring! Would def hit again.

Property and location is good. Being 4/5 star property, the service and hospitality could have been better. There wasn’t any WOW factor.

not worth the price. Breakfast is very average taste, fittings are old, couldn't use the shower as the fitting was so tight. Common washroom in the lobby not clean. Staff is polite but rest everything needs an upgrade.

It’s a beautiful property with clean rooms, helpful housekeeping staff. Ms Karuna at reception was very helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant. It was a good spread of variety of dishes.

There is no connection between what they shown in photos and what is actual. After collecting so premium amount Rooms are so tiny, wash room amenities are 03rd grade and Towels supplied were so old and we can find holes in towels. Total staff is directionless. Further Food spread at Break Fast and Dinner is very very poor. No change in Food complete 7 days of stay and Quality of Food is pathetic. After paying money for Dinner myself and my family never taken dinner single day also by looking at the food kept dinner - over all very bad stay experience in beautiful city of Jaipur

Excellent stay!! It was a nice stay overall!! Though they have centralised AC which can be little bugging at times but overall it’s a nice stay

Property is good; but room was not in great shape - Main door of Room allocated to us (501) was not properly getting closed - Sheet put on our bed had holes in it. Bathroom was also not properly cleaned

It was a nice experience overall. Nothing extraordinary, but they treated us like family, and we carried wonderful memories from this stay.

Location of the hotel is at the price place ie Raja Park from where old city, museum are in 4-5 Km distance. Hotel is well maintained, clean and rooms are excellent. The only area where it needs improvement is the food as breakfast and food served in room doesn’t felt well prepared like idlis are dry, chicken biryani was ordered twice but the chicken was not well cooked. So hotel is good for stay but not so good for food lovers.

This is my 2nd stay in this property, location is good, stay was comfortable, limited veg options in buffet and taste could be better, Had both Dinner snd breakfast buffet at the property Location was great, property is good, clean with parking onsite, adjoining to main road. Food quality and taste could be better, overall good experience

The staff at the front desk was not polite or courteous, rather rude behaviour. Not very neat rooms and good quality amenities in the room. The buffet was limited.
