A good heritage hotel to stay. They serve healthy authentic food too. The place is calm and quiet for perfect holiday who want a different experience in life.

The room was not clean! Bathroom was pathetic. Response to queries to reception took its own time! Leaving the food trays outside the room remained till the following day! Tv was not working! Kettle was dirty and then requested to change and they replaced! Breakfast was bad!

The rooms were ok for the hotel but the food service was pretty bad. in the morning breakfast also was sub standard as there hardly much options being provided. Being a 3 star hotel we did expect much more than that atleast other hotels similar to Rio meridian do provide much more options

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Rio Meridian, Mysore, which I booked through MakeMyTrip. The photos shown on MMT are completely misleading — the actual rooms look nothing like the pictures online. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and unhygienic, with a very bad-quality bathroom. The washroom was so small that it was uncomfortable to even use it properly. Everything felt outdated and unclean, making the stay extremely disappointing. The only positive was the food, which was surprisingly good compared to the overall experience. It’s really unfortunate that such properties are listed with deceptive images on MMT. This stay was a complete letdown and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is the best hotel in the budget. Good food for breakfast. The staff is also very cooperative. The room is very neat and clean. The hotel location is also good. The hotel is very good and worth the money.

Extremely enjoyed. Special appreciation to the staff who handles customers at counter who listen to the wishes of the respective customer with full heed. Desk manager lady was of special to be appreciated who handled the matter with utmost care and diplomacy.

Rooms are not kept clean had to change 2rooms due to bathroom unclean and fan was not working food is very expensive

totally worth it ...it's in prime location.. Good front desk support.. good breakfast.. totally worth every penny.Service is Better than some of the so called high end hotels .

Had a wonderful stay at Rio Meridian Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was courteous. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
