My stay was quite disappointing. The room was not clean — the fan was dirty, there were tobacco spit marks on the wall, and even a mouse hole in the corner. The TV wasn’t working, and the food I ordered took more than an hour to arrive. Open electrical wires also made the room feel unsafe. Overall, a very poor experience that needs immediate attention from the hotel management

It had a good room space but washroom had cockroaches and all switch board stick with taps.
Found one rat roaming around room and some weird smell

This hotel is no where near "International" standards!! Horrible Zero maintenance..
I was given room 306 first when I arrived at 9.30 lm at night. The room was smelly and electrict sockets broken.. There was no desk or chair bathroom was not cleaned.. so I asked for another room. they then shifted me to 105 . This was a little better but not great... The hotels hygine standards were bad so I did not want to order any food there.. I went out but there is good food joint.. I got Bournvita from Didi International and managed.
I had requested give me details of laundry service. I was told someone will call me in 10 mins. but no body responded . the intercome in the room did not work either...
At night I wanted hot shower but their geezer did not work! They asked me shift to another room now this was 205..
I shifted only to find it was same issue there... bad... I could not be bothered at night.. intercom didnot work here either. I sent message whatsapp.. that I am having lots of issues with this place but no help.
The booking details on the deal said 24 hours check in and check out.. which the hotel staff does not understand.. In the morning I was told my check out was 11am while their issues did not let me even rest properly. The hot water never worked.. i was given half bucket too late
Somehow I argued and checked out at 2pm.

I reached to hotel around 10 pm, but no room is ready till that time even though I already informed them through phone that we are reaching there by 10 pm, just ready the room. After waiting for 20 minutes they have given us room but the room size is very small, only the double bed can accommodate in the room and no free space, no chair, very small bathroom. During the booking I have selected size 20 m square. I complained to staff then they are going to ready another room which is just bigger than previous but it not as the size of booking, fan is not working , bathroom jet is not working, bad not clean.
Very disappointing Room is very small and matches with given specifications in website, jet is not working, bathroom dirty
