Sandesh Pride

Sandesh The Pride, it's a 3star hotel, They also have a 5star hotel just adjacent to it, which is called Sandesh The Prince, Location - Very good, very near by the bus stop, Palace, Dasara Exhibition Center, Zoo all under walkable distance City center, accessible for autos, taxis, local transport Food - Good, we tried Mysore filter coffee, was very good Service - Good, cordial staff, room service was quick, However some amenities were missing, like chairs were not there in the room, hangers / buckets in the wash room were missing in one room,(212) Since we had booked 2 rooms we managed Room - were decent, clean, AC /Fans /TV /lights were all working fine Had placed cleaned towels, cups, however the kettle for heating the water was not cleaned or had some layer at the bottom, in one of the rooms (212) Size of the rooms was little small, if you have to put an extra bed, then you don't have any space to walk.

the hotel was decent. However their linen was torn ..partially iron burnt, room.was comfortable breakfast was good

The room had bed bugs. The room next to ours was fumigated and sealed, they knew there was an issue, but still they gave the infested room. After we saw the bugs they helped change the rooms, but this is unacceptable. We had luke warm water in the morning, we did not bother to call them, as we had already seen their service standard. Will not visit this again.

nice location service is good. staffs are very cooperative. Hotel looks nice and the housekeeping is very good.

Hotel location is at the centre of the city. Just 1.5 km from palace. Comfortable stay. Amenities and services are good. Staff is helpful.

This is the second time we are staying with Sandesh Pride and we are not disappointed. Great place to stay with family and the food was amazing.

Hotel is in good location , rooms are specious and foods are delicious. However experienced below per responses from Housekeeping and Dining hall staffs.

The staff were nice. Sandesh Pride's location was good it was near to all the famous places and food was also good...facilities were also good and it is a good place for stay

I stayed during Dasara, it was really pleasant and nice rooms. Staff behaviour is good, basics requirement is room was available and staff was flexible to extend our stay upon request. Overall I would recommend this stay

had a really pleasant stay at the property. The location was very convenient and easily accessible. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quite comfortable. I especially liked the food – it was fresh, tasty, and had good variety. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience with good facilities and peaceful ambiance. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again!

worst parking space and staff behaviour and finding hotel location. very poor service and not value for money.

Decent Hotel for a short stay , room is little crunchy,over all good experience. location is near to all major attractions which is a plus

ok services not that too good. Kids play arena is not open .. even for Pool service no changing room. So it makes bit uncomfortable for next time
