Regarding your request for an extra pillow, our housekeeping team did respond promptly. However, we regret if there was any delay or misunderstanding with the night guard, who has limited access to housekeeping supplies after hours. That said, we’d like to respectfully point out that after your initial two-night stay, you chose to extend your stay with us for an additional night. We want to address your concerns regarding your stay. Our property is regularly treated with professional pest control measures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. During your visit, no complaints about pests were reported to our staff. If such an issue had been raised, we would have addressed it immediately to ensure your comfort. Regarding your booking, we noted that only two adults were declared. However, during your stay, we observed the presence of two children under the age of five, which had not been mentioned during the booking process. Despite this, we extended our hospitality by providing complimentary breakfast for the children as part of our commitment to guest satisfaction. We also understand that a refund request was made five days after your stay on January 16th. We believe it is important to resolve such matters promptly, and we encourage all guests to communicate any concerns during their stay to allow us the opportunity to address them immediately.
