hotel location is in middle of Kochi.... services is little beat slow..... rooftop swimming pool infinity pool was the best part of the hotel... kids enjoy pool... Breakfast was tasty and lots of options in it... overall experience.. was good... room was good...

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a bad experience in terms of overall cleanliness of the rooms and access to facilities. We had to skip the breakfast as the staff refused to make room for us in the restaurant. Also the room had broken cupboards and frames.

The location is good. Close to North Railway station but still a calm place. Service was good. Rooms were spacious but rest rooms are small in size. Buffet was good and you will like it if you are from South India. Overall good stay.
