Silver Sands Holiday Village

Hi, This was my second stay at this property I like the location and overall architecture of this property. They provide good service and maintain the rooms to optimal expectations. The swimming pool is good but guests don't follow rules. I did not have food at their resturant as I was all in to enjoy shacks which were very close by to property. I enjoy staying here

Location is good just near the Candolim beach.Need to provide basic amenities like coffee machine and other facilities which are necessary when staying near the beach.

There were lot of issues right from contacting property to check out...they have two numbers mentioned on MMT Voucher both not working and MMT provided third number which was also not working..so you cannot request for early check-in so when we reached we had to wait for couple of hours. we booked their premium rooms as I was with my kid and this is largest size available and we can stay comfortably but at time of check-in room provided was completely different than shown as premium room on MMT and per hotel it was their premium room but as per pictures uploaded on MMT it is superio or standard room.. it took us 1 to 2 hours to check in after actual check in. Below are few issues I can list out - All listed amenities were not provided.. They provide only toilet soap no shampoo no bathing soap .. - Rooms were not clean - Furniture was not maintained - They provide only two items in break fast one veg and in nonveg only omlet - No one there to attend you at pool side they don't even provide towels there.. - please please avoid staying if you don't want to spoil your vacation

The stay was good, but there were some network issues and occasional power fluctuations during the stay.

Rooms are not upto the mark, swimming pool access only upto 6 PM, No lights in pool, wifi not available in all of the rooms

The property is very poorly managed. There is no staff, basic amenities like drinking water and toilet paper are missing, there’s hardly any upkeep to the rooms - mouldy walls and broken tables. Would not recommend.

My experience was not satisfactory. The facilities were poorly maintained, the service was very slow, and the overall stay was disappointing. There was no network coverage, the Wi-Fi was not working, and the room condition was very bad. Cleaning was also not done on time. Definitely not worth the price.

The room given to us was a poorly equipped one, with poor AC, room was due for a renovation, breakfast was horrible, staff was least worried about the guests, tried to call them from the landline with no one to pick up

The place is really convenient for Candolim beach. I had read reviews on cleanliness yes I would say some may not find it upto the mark. I found priority items to be spot on cleam bathroom, working Aircon, clean towel a d bedsheets and only 2 verity breakfast Egg to order and something in veg. The most which bothered me was the spring mattress on the bed are horibble state and no comfort at all. we all struggle with back and neck pain. I hardly had nice sleep in 3 days I rate at good only. If this is fixed it's best comfy place to stay and relax.

Rooms are not maintained. Toilet flush and jetspray were not functional. Mattresses were not comfortable. Water bottles were not provided. Overall we had a terrible experience.

The room is very bad, room service is also not good, the room is not as per the price, even after complaining there was no effect, we wanted to stay for three days but due to compulsion we are having to change the hotel

Worst hotel in Candolim. Fan & AC was not working, geyser wouldn't work as well. No shampoo or soap given .

The basic amenities such as packaged drinking water. Electric kettle. Small fridge. Locker were not provided. While asked for dental kit we were told they do not provide it.Coming to room very small room not very clean curtains were torn and shabby. Regarding the breakfast only 1 item indian and the other was egg preparation and mango juice thats all. If you want to stay like in a hostel room many cheap option are available.

Room were not clean. Furniture was old. No toiletries provided, i had to shift from more spacious room to lesser one due to wifi issue.

No provide water bottle, hot water making jug

I had booked a room which was full of dampness bad smell . They did not have good food . Have limited 2-3 items in complimentary breakfast. They property is not managed properly

Very Good Hotel I’ll Enjoy Everything..! The Chicken Lollypop Is very YUM 😃 The Pool Is Very Neat And Clean

The rooms provided were completely different from what is shown on MMT. The rooms lacked basic amenities that were adevertised. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were visible stains on the bedding and dust on surfaces. The furniture was not properly maintained. We immediately shifted to the other hotel. Kindly give the resolution.
