very poor quality of bed and blankets..... bahut hi kharab experience

No water throughout the day in the wash room. Signboard not lit up at night. Difficult to locate at night. Location good.

room , food and location good only issue was bathroom heater was not working took cold water shower bath Location and rooms good food average but bathroom geyser was not working.

Room was satisfactory. Food ordered was not upto the mark. Returned without eating still was charged. Had breakfast on day 2 was satisfactory. Day 3 had requested as checkout was around 7am for something to be packed was refused.

Not clean as required, washroom was not at all clean .required improvement as such kind Will not be acceptable

Horrible front desk person, rude. When said about mosquito in room was given a sarcastic reply rooms were all infested with mosquito

Good stay. Clean place. Staff excellent service and polite. Better if rooms are slightly larger. Value for money.

Stay was average, cost to the experience is not satisfactory. Hotel rooms are very small than expected, towels should be better. It was giving motels feeling. Staff can be more polite

The place was good even the room was very clean. They had friendly staff, the only thing that you have to think of is food . If you are a non-veg person, as they have veg food only I guess

Loaction an stay was good but when we ordered food they made many a blunderss an we were not happy for food they served. So we did swiggy

In short they can do better. In middle of my office project i received a call from reception the someone will come to take signature. As i have already completed all the formalities.

No hot water in the bath rooms, no basic things provided like towel, toothbrush, soap we lived for 2 days but experience like living in lodge.

Great location, food and friendly staff. Beautiful room and spacious but had problem with hot water for all 3days.

The stay was really terrible, the staff were making noise all night long and early in the morning, the sleep was disrupted multiple times during the stay! there was a call at 12:40 in the night from the reception asking for the adapter which i had borrowed to charge my phone ! it was insane

Unhygienic and v dirty room as well as bathroom. Bedsheets were uncleaned as well. No toiletries provided

Stay was a nightmare. The room given to me was filthy to say the least. Towels were town and shabby - had to request them to change the towels the first thing. The bathroom was one of the most untidy ones i have come across. Western closet had marks all over it, bathroom floors looked as if it had not been washed in ages. The bedsheets on the mattress were horrible with stains all over. And yeah, the rooms are full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. Room service did replace the towels for us and helped with a mosquito repellent and their service on my specific ask was helpful.
