Wonderful staff and good food. Would definitely recommend. The temple behind the hotel is divine. Go on a walk to the temple and enjoy the beauty of the serene nature.

Good Stay
Overnight stay at this hotel which is right on the NH44. Good service, clean rooms, toilet and bath fittings all in good working condition. Nice breakfast spread with fresh filter coffee ! Good customer friendly faces

Booking was a huge mistake!!
Booked for 2 nights but stayed only for 2 hours. There was a man in the corridor outside our room. Considering I was travelling as a family with a child it was a terrible experience one that left us shocked The hotel seems to run like some and is not family friendly. Even after the incident was reported they did nothing about it and didn't even apologize till date (and I have waited 5 days before posting this). We checked out and left without even staying the night and the hotel They seem to be used to this kind .

Good Stay
We have a one night stay in TGI Grand Fortuna, hotel is little old all the amenities are little on older side like the old AC controls. But rooms were cozy no complaints about that. My room bathroom door was broken that was the only pain point other wise right from check in till check out room service was wonderful. Food was nice lot of options were there, we have taken buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast both of them were good special mention to their halwa it was delicious. Other items were good but they were little less spicy and less salt. Car parking is there it can accommodate upto 15 cars with in the premises others can be parked closer to compound wall. Plenty of two wheeler parking is there.

Poor Stay
Bathroom was not clean and faucets are rusty, bath towels, and hand towels were not very clean, felt like they were not washed at all. Moreover i had requested for an empty whiskey glass to the room service person, and very rudely, he told me that he will not give the glass in the room. I really felt insulted.

Terrible Stay
My stay was quite terrible. The first room that i was given has a broken flush valve in the toilet. By the time i was assigned a different room, it was quite late. The next morning, there was no hot water to bathe in. I was advised to waste about 7 buckets equivalent of water (literally down the drain) before the hot water would come. In spite of this, there was no hot water and i had a bath in cold water only. The hotel talks about sustainability but has no qualms about telling their guests to waste 7 buckets of water just to get hot water.

We had wonderful stay at tgi fortuna, initially i choose this hotel as it was near to my work place, but now i have decided whenever next time i am at hosur irrespective of distance, i am going to stay here in this hotel

Poor receptions. No proper service by counter staff/ incharge. I booked two double bed deluxe supreme rooms for my-family members. But he allotted two different floors rooms with disparities in amenities. No room boy service rendered. No proper attention. Please don’t recommend this lodge for your customers in future.

I noticed that the hotel room i was given this time is smaller than the one i had during my previous stay. I also realized that there were no toiletries provided, so i had to call the front desk to request some.
